Somatic Health Coach offering a Somatic Intensive with somatic co-regulating transforming touch work on client addressing fears and life transitions looking for nervous system support and nervous system healing

What is a Somatic Intensive?

Somatic Intensives are designed to meet you where you are and curated to your unique nervous system. Intensive are for when challenges feel too big for a regular 50 minute session.

We might work with fears like driving, flying, or navigating a medical procedure. Or we might tend to something more internal like a stuck pattern, or the residue of a recent rupture. These sessions invite your system into a slower rhythm, offering nervous system education, embodied resourcing and trauma-aware tools you can carry with you outside of session.

You’ll leave with personalized practices and a greater sense of choice and capacity in your body.

What Happens in an Intensive?

Each Somatic Intensive is thoughtfully curated to meet the unique needs of your nervous system. Before beginning, we’ll spend time clarifying your goals, exploring what feels most important to address, and identifying what safety and support look like for you. From there, we’ll design a sequence of sessions that supports your body’s natural pace for integration and healing.

An intensive typically begins with a 60-minute assessment session, followed by a series of 2 to 3 hour meetings. Within that space, we slow down and work intentionally with the body’s signals, using somatic tracking, breath, touch (when appropriate), and other nervous system tools to help patterns unwind and regulation emerge.

Each intensive is a co-created process that is responsive, gentle, and deeply personal, allowing your body to experience what it means to be met exactly where you are. You’ll leave with practical tools and resources to continue integrating the work between sessions.

Why It Matters:

Some patterns need time and space to unfold. Intensives offer an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and meet what’s held in the body with compassion and curiosity — allowing new regulation and freedom to emerge.

The cost of Somatic Intensives varies.
